Project Overview

Bremner Ridge is a large master-planned residential community comprising approximately 360 lots, positioned within the rapidly expanding suburb of Flat Bush, one of Auckland’s most significant urban growth corridors.

Developed by Templeton Group, the project was designed to create a cohesive neighbourhood environment through carefully planned streetscapes, integrated landscape design, and pedestrian connectivity. Tree-lined streets, pedestrian walkways, and cycle connections are woven throughout the development, encouraging community interaction while integrating with the surrounding natural landscape.

Positioned on elevated terrain, parts of the development benefit from expansive outlooks across Flat Bush and toward Rangitoto Island, creating a distinctive residential setting within Auckland’s South-Eastern corridor.

My Role

My involvement began at the earliest stages of the project through commercial analysis and site assembly strategy.

Following a physical assessment of the site boundaries, I engaged directly with neighbouring landowners and undertook negotiations over approximately three months, successfully facilitating the sale of adjoining parcels required to consolidate and unlock the full development footprint.

Once the site assembly was achieved, I was responsible for bringing the development to market and personally delivering the entire sales programme from strategy through to completion.

Prior to any public marketing, I also banked the development by securing off-market presales through my buyer database, providing early sales momentum and commercial certainty for the project.

Outcome

The successful consolidation of neighbouring parcels unlocked the full development potential of the site, allowing Bremner Ridge to proceed as a large-scale master-planned residential community within Flat Bush. Early off-market sales further strengthened the commercial position of the project and supported the staged rollout of the development.

Perspective

This project reflects my broader approach to development advisory: combining site assembly, commercial analysis, and market execution to unlock and successfully deliver large-scale residential developments.
