My Story

I did not arrive in real estate by chance. I arrived through lived experience, discipline and a deep respect for what property means in people’s lives.

Raised through challenge and shaped by resilience, I learned early that outcomes are built through focus, preparation and consistency. That mindset has guided my entire career.

Today, with over 20 years in real estate and more than $1 billion in residential sales since 2010, I have built a specialised practice spanning family homes, premium residences and large-scale development projects across New Zealand.

Authority Built on Results and Reputation

Authority is earned through consistency, not claims.

The majority of my work comes from repeat clients and referrals, individuals, families, investors and developers who return because they value clarity, transparency and measured advice.

I do not chase volume. I focus on precision.
I do not oversell. I explain, guide and execute.

That approach has built a reputation for calm leadership in high-value decisions and trust in moments that matter most.

Trust as the Cornerstone

  • Honest conversations
  • Clear expectations
  • Data-backed guidance
  • And follow through without shortcuts

Real estate decisions are significant, financially and personally. I never lose sight of that responsibility.

Trust is built through:

Every relationship is treated as long-term, whether the transaction is large or small.

For me, real estate is not simply a profession. It is a responsibility I carry with care.

I operate with the confidence of someone who has navigated complexity and challenge, and with the humility of someone who continues to learn, adapt and refine their craft.

The Aman Pannu Eco System reflects this philosophy, structured, transparent and designed to deliver certainty in an increasingly complex market.
