Project Overview
Adamson Block was curated as a boutique collection of architecturally designed homes within the established Redoubt Ridge community in Flat Bush. Delivered after the wider neighbourhood had largely been built and sold, the project introduced a more refined residential offering that complemented the mature surroundings.
Designed as carefully considered homes, the development focused on architectural quality, functional living spaces, and integration with the landscaped environment.
My Role
I was responsible for bringing the project to market and personally delivering the entire sales programme from strategy through to completion.
My role involved positioning the development as a boutique architectural offering within the Eastern Auckland region market, designing the sales and marketing strategy, and managing buyer engagement throughout the release.
Through careful positioning and targeted market engagement, the development attracted buyers seeking a higher-quality residential product within the already established Redoubt Ridge community.
Outcome
The project successfully delivered a boutique architectural release within an established neighbourhood, providing a distinctive residences within theFlat Bush market.
