Project Overview
Fairburn was a 111-lot residential subdivision located on the elevated side of Flat Bush School Road within the rapidly expanding Flat Bush precinct. The development formed part of the broader transformation of Flat Bush, Auckland’s largest comprehensively planned township, designed to accommodate significant population growth.
The project offered a range of section sizes from approximately 325m² to 864m², providing opportunities for a variety of housing typologies. Located in close proximity to the emerging Ormiston Town Centre, Barry Curtis Park, and new schooling facilities, the development attracted buyers seeking long-term value within one of Auckland’s most strategically planned residential areas.
My Role
I was responsible for bringing the development to market and personally delivering the entire sales programme from strategy through to completion.
Prior to launching the project publicly, I banked the development by securing early buyer commitments, providing the developer with the confidence required to progress the project before entering the open market.
My role also involved positioning the development within the rapidly evolving Flat Bush market, designing the sales and marketing strategy, and managing buyer engagement throughout the release phases.
